By scheduling service with IOP Appliance Repair, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
We charge a diagnostic fee for all service visits. This fee covers the technician's time, travel, and expertise to identify the issue with your appliance. This fee is due regardless of whether repairs are completed or if the appliance is deemed unrepairable.
Upon diagnosis, we will provide an estimate for the cost of parts and labor to complete the repair. Estimates are valid for 30 days. If parts must be ordered, a deposit may be required.
We stand by our work. We provide a 90-day warranty on all parts installed and labor performed. This warranty covers the specific failure we repaired. It does not cover unrelated failures that may occur subsequently.
We respectfully request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
We strictly serve Isle of Palms, Wild Dunes, and Sullivan's Island. We reserve the right to decline service requests outside of this geographical area.
IOP Appliance Repair respects your privacy. We use SMS/Text messaging to communicate regarding your service appointments, estimates, and invoices.
By providing your mobile phone number on our contact form or over the phone, you expressly consent to receive transactional text messages from us. These messages may include:
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time. To stop receiving messages, reply STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a final confirmation message, and then no further messages will be sent.
We do not charge for this service, but standard message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply.
We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. Your phone number is used solely for communication regarding your appliance repair service.
